The food was great and everything but the person that delivered my food was really weird and keep asking me if i am asian and keep asking me why i don't tip him out even more. He was very racial profiling and kind of make me really awkward. He keep asking me if i am asian even when i told him i don't know.

Great value - I went for lunch, had wonton soup for starter, egg roll and chicken in garlic sauce with rice for $7.50. All the food was well prepared and tasty. it's a no frills kind of place inside, basic decor, and chipped plates, but very clean. Service was very efficient and friendly. Would definitely go back.

Today was our first time in there but I saw some negative and positive reviews. So my husband and I decided to try it for ourselves. And we loved it!!! Clean, friendly, exceptional service! Must try it out!

The woman who took my phone order was very impolite. She hung up while I was trying to ask a question and when I called back and she answered the question and immediately said "okay, bye!" without determining if I wanted anything else. The portions are very small for the price. I haven't tasted the food yet but if it is anything like her service, I definitely will NOT be returning.

My husband and I are regulars. The food and staff are usually pretty great. However, there are times I'm pretty annoyed or upset by the experience of either.

Hands down best Chinese in town. Service is awesome- they treat you more like family then customers. Great prices and even better food!

Great tiny place with the most standard setup inside! I love places like this cuz they never change are re the best little time capsules! The food was very good and the service was fast and polite. Would definitely order here again!

Poor customer service and a staff that knows nothing about their food. I asked if they could make the Pad Tai gluten free and was told they didn’t know. They offered chicken and vegetables in white sauce as the only gluten free option. It was disgusting. I couldn’t even finish one bite.

Horrible food! More onions than actual meat on Mongolian beef. Tasteless food and service was bad. Waited for hour and half for delivery. Don’t waste your money!

Excellent flavorful food, a good variety and prepared well. Very friendly staff.

Extremely rude ownership.The gentleman is not polite at all and worse of all does not know the dishes that they serve. We asked for fried noodles and he rudely say they don't serve that. I had to get the menu and point out to him that there were actually two dishes that were fried noodles. The dishes are also nothing special. I highly recommend you avoid this restaurant and go a bit further for tastier dishes and much better service!

Worst resturatan I gave ever experienced I order the food through a delivery app they charged me more for my food than was listen then refused to make my food after the fact still charging me for the meal and then telling me they where closed and not even offering me a refund

We fell in love with East Dynasty food and staff 10 years ago. They are consistent, kind and offer delicious options. Thank you! We hope soon you can reopen and provide the community with your delicious food and excellent service. You are a very important piece of what makes our community whole.

Ordered here for the 1st time tonight and was very disappointed. The chicken lomein was very bland, I'd never seen white lomaine noodles. Normally lomein noodles seem a little brownish as if glazed with sauce and cooked or something but not these ones. The Orange chicken was soggy and mushy, and the beef and veggies were bland. Will not order again.

We ordered take out this evening and when I arrived I asked to check everything in the togo Box. The gentleman was offended that I went through the order to make sure everything was in there. I didn't want to have to come back. Then he threw a paper menu at me and said next time I should call and order instead of ordering on line. There won't be a next time.

Best oriental food around. I love their sesame chicken and orange chicken. My other half loves the cashew chicken and their pork fried rice is really good and loaded with chunks of pork. Place could use a little updating but other than that its great.

Ordered through grubhub and the food was cold when the restaurant is only 9 minutes away, also I'm atsolutely positive the grubhub driver works directly for the restaurant. The restaurant nor grubhub wanted to provide a refund for receiving cold food. Just a totally bad experience with this restaurant I will not be returning.

Was skeptic at first, but glad I made the right choice, very delicious food. If you're a Asian food fanatic like me, you will most Def love it.

I’ve ordered online from here a couple times with no issues but today when I ordered online and went to pick it up—it said my order would be ready at 7:55 I walked in at 7:57 and the man at the front threw a menu at me and said to call next time because I was late to pick up my order. Will not be going back.

Wonderful as always. Food is delicious and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

WORST experience. I will never try this place again. Took 2 hours to get my food delivered and the guy answering the phone was horribly rude. Food was stone cold and basically inedible. Waste of time and money.

Overall good Chinese food, freshly made and reasonably priced. The restaurant is always immaculate and staff are the nicest.If you're in the area and it's Chinese you're craving, well worth a visit.

Great place for a family lunch

Food is mediocre at best. Took over an hour for delivery and showed up barely warm. Also, the driver didn't give me any change or a chance to ask for it. So I guess he gets an $8.50 tip and this place loses a customer.

I ordered chicken and when it came out it was chopped up with a wing and these small clear maggot looking things. When I asked what it was they said it’s a stuffed chicken wing with pork... ummmm I ordered grilled chicken not a chicken wing stuffed with pork and maggots. It was disgusting and when I tried to explain to the manager and waiter they were very rude and did not offer to give me another meat that wasn’t stuffed.

Great food, wonderful people. Best Chinese, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese food I've had in ages. The owners treat you like family. Kids get a great Shirley Temple on the house. We love this place! Even just stopping in for take it is extremely fast.

Food was horrible..soggy un-fresh vegetables, Shrimp that tasted like they were frozen for months and one long human hair in one of the Cartons. First order- last order ..no thanks

Had a great dine in experience. We were given hot tea to start before ordering. Staff was nice and attentive, food was fresh, hot and tasty. The veggies were very fresh. They even made a kids Shirley temple and gave it to my 3yr old on the house. Would definitely go back again.

Ordered lo mein and noodles were not cooked ver much. I prefer to hsve them cooked more. The portions were good but probably would not go back

The best Chinese food I’ve found near Southlands. This place has been here awhile. Friendly family / staff - eager to please. Very reasonable prices. Eat here once or twice a month and never had anything less than perfection from them.

I moved out of the area and I drive 20 minutes each way to get East Dynasty. The food is so good! Great prices, great taste and big portions!

Best place for Chinese!! Been going here for years!!
